Powder Pulverizer

The Power Pulverizer (PP) is screenless and low RPM speed type of pulverizing machine, it contains a set of hardened robust twin blade shearing and cutting oily and fibrous materials such as chinese herbs down to fine particle size. The final result could be in a range of 200-300mesh.

User friendly design to open cover for clean, inspection and maintenance.
Optional water jacket equipped and surrounded on chamber to avoiding overheating.
Able to be made of food grade stainless steel 304 or higher 316/316L grade.
